VOLUNTEER ROLE DESCRIPTIONS
Admin/Behind the Scenes: 
- Organization of teams, scheduling the rotations, and other tasks that can be done from home in the weeks/days leading up to the event
Registration:
- For all days of the conference. You will need to help kids get checked in, find their teams, and communicate pick up instructions with parents
Decoration:
- Must be availible in the three weeks prior to help paint objects, sets, etc.
Pre-K
- Our pre-k students will have their own MINI kids conference in the Student Center, with all activities reflecting the older grades activities. If you're interested in making this come to life, our Pre-K director will connect with you and place you on a team within our Pre-K crew that fits you best
Crew Leader:
- If you love being with the kids building relationships, this is the role for you. You will be resposible for about 10 kids that make up your "crew." You will lead them from activity to activity, cheering them on, championing the competitive nature of the events, and being their best friend for 4 days.
Youth Volunteer:
- for all 6th-12th Graders. We will communicate to you in person to find the best role for you!
STEM/Creative Time: 
- You will help set up, execute, and clean up all STEM/Creative activities for each night
Snacks:
- Must be able to show up a couple hours early each day to prep the food. You will help assemble, serve and clean up food from each night
Nursery:
- Nursery is not open to public. This is for volunteer children ONLY.
